Presentation Specialist

The role of Presentation Designer involves ensuring the formatting and high-end designing of technical documents in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. You will be responsible for applying visual design principles, information design, typography, color, imagery, and iconography to PowerPoint and Word documents. Creating images, charts, and infographics to effectively communicate key messages is a key aspect of this role. You will need to uphold the client's brand and style guidelines and independently create co-branded/client-centric templates for both PowerPoint and Word. Handling multiple projects and delivering them under tight deadlines is crucial. Collaboration with content writers, editors, other designers, and key stakeholders is essential to ensure that the document meets all project requirements and quality standards in a fast-paced and agile manner. Understanding the content of presentations and translating requirements to create visually compelling designs is also part of the responsibilities. Data governance hygiene is maintained by logging projects, tasks, and time in the project management tool. The ideal candidate for this position should be an expert in formatting and designing technical documents within PowerPoint and Word, with a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in this field. Deep knowledge of creating client-centric templates, layouts, and formatting in MS PowerPoint and Word is required. Proficiency in Creative tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign is a must. A strong portfolio showcasing PowerPoint and Word-centric work that demonstrates graphic design skills, attention to detail, and modern design aesthetics is essential. The ability to work with speed and agility in a collaborative environment, good communication skills, collaboration skills, and experience in managing stakeholders are advantageous. The candidate should be able to work independently with minimum supervision, handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing dynamics effortlessly.,
