Currently, Axience is looking to fill multiple openings for Presentation / Graphics Specialists at our Mumbai office. We are seeking talented professionals with 2-8 years of relevant experience to join our PowerPoint Presentation and Production team. The available positions include Presentation Specialist and Senior Presentation Specialist (Team Lead), all based in Mumbai and requiring full-time in-office work. Key requirements for these roles include strong presentation design skills, experience supporting M&A teams of large global investment banks or leading consulting firms, and a graduate or postgraduate degree with additional qualifications in presentations, graphics, or production. Candidates should be able to deliver high-quality, visually compelling presentations under tight deadlines. Responsibilities of the Presentation / Graphics Specialists may include designing and developing presentation templates, translating documents into visually appealing slides, formatting presentations to align with client requirements, managing projects independently, ensuring error-free deliverables, mentoring junior team members, creating marketing collaterals, and interacting with clients to meet deadlines and quality standards. Ideal candidates will have a background in presentations, graphics, and production, along with experience supporting M&A teams of large global investment banks or consulting firms. Proficiency in MS-Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and familiarity with other design tools and advanced Excel skills are also desirable for these positions.
