Role Overview

Presentation Designer & Storyteller

Business Development, Marketing, and Creative teams

Key Responsibilities

Presentation Design

• Design visually polished

  sales decks, client proposals, credentials decks, and case studies

  .
• Build branded

  templates, icons, infographics, and slide libraries

  for internal and client use.
• Transform raw content and numbers into

  visual stories that persuade and inspire

  .

Storytelling & Narrative Building

• Partner with business leaders to

  structure pitches and proposals

  .
• Craft clear storylines for client-facing decks, ensuring messaging flows logically and persuasively.
• Translate campaign data, insights, and results into

  engaging visuals and case studies

  .

Collaboration

• Work with

  BD teams

  to refine proposals into winning narratives.
• Support

  event & marketing teams

  with event presentations, CXO roundtables, and webinars.
• Coordinate with the

  creative team

  to align presentations with Empor’s brand identity.

Innovation & Standards

• Create a

  centralized deck library

  and enforce consistent brand usage.
• Experiment with animation, transitions, and storytelling formats to keep presentations fresh.
• Stay updated with

  design trends, visual storytelling, and B2B communication best practices

  .

Candidate Profile

Experience

• 4–6 years of experience in

  presentation design, corporate storytelling, or visual communication

  .
• Agency, consulting, or B2B/tech industry background preferred.

Skills

• Expert in

  Microsoft PowerPoint & Google Slides

  (must-have).
• Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop or Canva is a plus.
• Strong storytelling ability — can

  structure pitches, not just design slides

  .
• Ability to simplify complex concepts into clear visuals.
