Job Title: Corporate PR Executive

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai
Experience: 1 – 6 years (Corporate PR preferred)
Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Department: Corporate Communications / Public Relations
Reports to: Corporate Communications Manager / Head of PR

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and articulate Corporate PR Executive to join our in-house communications team. The ideal candidate will have strong corporate media relations experience, excellent writing skills, and the ability to manage both external and internal communications to enhance the company’s reputation and brand image.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute PR strategies to build and maintain a positive corporate image.
• Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, media statements, and corporate announcements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business journalists, editors, and media houses.
• Coordinate interviews, press conferences, and media interactions for company spokespersons.
• Manage crisis communication and reputation management strategies.
• Handle internal communications including newsletters, employee engagement campaigns, and leadership messages.
• Collaborate with CSR, HR, Marketing, and Investor Relations teams for communication alignment.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare PR reports with insights and recommendations.
• Identify industry trends and opportunities for thought leadership placements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, PR, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–6 years of experience in Corporate PR / Corporate Communications (in-house experience preferred).
• Strong media network, especially in business and corporate domains.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of digital PR tools and social listening platforms is a plus.
