Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned PR professional with 10+ years of experience, preferably from fintech, financial services, or high-growth startups.

This is a leadership role focused on shaping and managing the brands external voice across media, industry, and public platforms.

The ideal candidate is a strategic storyteller, well-versed in reputation management, media engagement, and thought leadership, and thrives in

a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and own the entire PR and external communications function for MobiKwik
• Develop and implement high-impact PR strategies to elevate brand positioning
• Build strong relationships with top-tier financial, tech, and business media
• Drive executive profiling and thought leadership for MobiKwik’s founders and leadership team
• Craft compelling narratives around our products, milestones, partnerships, and vision
• Manage PR agency relationships and ensure alignment with business goals
• Prepare and guide the company through crisis communication and sensitive announcements
• Identify speaking opportunities, industry events, and award platforms
• Track, analyze, and report PR performance metrics and media sentiment
• Support internal communications, employer branding, and stakeholder communication when required

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in PR, Corporate Communications, or Media, preferably in fintech, BFSI, or high-growth tech startups
• Strong network of media contacts across business, finance, and technology outlets
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proven experience handling media strategy, press engagement, and crisis communication
• Experience working with or managing PR agencies
• Strong understanding of the fintech and digital finance landscape
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, Marketing, or related fields
• Self-driven, proactive, and strategic mindset with a hands-on attitude
