Your tasks:

• Develop and implement complex solutions using the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate; Power Forms) to automate business processes and data collection.
• Work closely with business analysts and IT teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and integrate them into the Microsoft 365 environment.
• Create and optimize userfriendly and scalable Power Apps applications to improve user experience and productivity.
• Develop workflows and flows using Power Automate to automate repetitive tasks and optimize business processes.
• Design and implement insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize data and support datadriven decisions.
• Integrate the Power Platform with other Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for seamless collaboration and information flow.
• Adhere to development, security, and governance best practices within the Power Platform.
• Create technical documentation and training materials for internal teams and end users.
• Contribute to the further development of Power Platform expertise within the company through knowledge transfer and mentoring.
• Research and implement new technologies and features within the Power Platform.

Qualifications:

• University degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of experience in software development or a related field.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Forms.
• Proven experience with the development and implementation of complex Power Platform solutions.
• Programming skills in one or more languages such as C#, JavaScript, or Python.
• Experience with databases and data modeling.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
• Certifications such as Microsoft Power Platform Certified Application Developer or Microsoft Power Platform Certified Solution Architect are an advantage.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems.
• Strong communication skills in German and English, both verbal and written.
• Teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Initiative and proactive approach to identifying improvement opportunities and implementing innovative solutions.
• Strong willingness to learn and commitment to continuous development in the constantly evolving Power Platform environment.
