ITGP Global Digital Working is responsible to provide IT Services to our clients ensuring a Digital Market evolution, in a secured and performant environment, and with a reliable quality. This function includes Infrastructures (Active Directory, Messaging, Instant Messaging, Desktop ...) as well as elements of the Global Services organization.

We are looking for a Power Platform and SharePoint Developer with strong development skills and extensive knowledge of the Microsoft 365 environment. Candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and SharePoint Framework (SPFx) to meet business needs by collaborating with the onshore team. Completed work will help streamline business processes, improve operational efficiency, and drive digital transformation across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Solution Development:

  Design and develop custom applications and automated workflows using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and other Power Platform tools. Design and develop SPFx applications (web parts and extensions) using ReactJS, TypeScript, and leveraging SharePoint features.

• Business Process Automation:

  Collaborate with French team and business teams to identify opportunities for automation, create workflows, and improve existing processes using Power Automate and Power Apps. Identify opportunities to streamline processes and efforts with new custom components.

• Data Integration:

  Build integrations between Power Platform solutions and various data sources such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, and third-party applications like ServiceNow.

• Needs Analysis:

  Accompany business teams to address their needs, analyze specifications, and advise on relevant solutions.

• Third-party API Interfacing:

  Integrate custom components with external APIs using Azure functions.

• Support and Maintenance:

  Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization for existing Power Platform and SPFx solutions to ensure continuous matching business needs.

Power Platform:

• • Power Apps: Creating low-code applications, mastering different versions (Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Portals).
  • Power Automate: Automating workflows, connectors, triggers, and actions.
  • Dataverse: Managing and structuring data in Microsoft Dataverse, often used to store data for Power Apps applications.

o Power BI: Creating interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.

• SharePoint:

  • Expertise in building SPFx ReactJS solutions with TypeScript.
  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online and its API.
  • Proficiency in using Gitlab as source control.
  • Familiarity with common libraries such as PnPJs and Fluent UI.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint Apps security and governance (deployment and lifecycle) best practices.
  • PowerShell capabilities to perform automated tasks interacting with SharePoint.
  • Experience with SharePoint development, including:
    • CSOM (Client-Side Object Model)
    • REST API
    • PnP Framework
    • SPFx (SharePoint Framework)
    • SharePoint Designer
    • SharePoint Search
    • SharePoint Content Types and Templates
  • Knowledge of Azure Active Directory (AAD) and Azure subscription management.
  • Experience with Microsoft Graph and SharePoint Graph APIs.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI and Power Apps integration with SharePoint.
  • Knowledge of data governance and information management principles.

• Programming Languages:

  • Power FX Expressions: Formula language used in Power Apps, like Excel.
  • JSON: Useful for configuring custom connectors and managing data in Power Automate.
  • SQL: Understanding relational databases if using systems like SQL Server.
  • HTML, CSS, and JavaScript: For customizing user interfaces and Portals applications.
  • TypeScript: For building SPFx solutions.

• Microsoft Environments:

  • Microsoft 365: Good knowledge of Microsoft tools like SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive, often integrated with Power Platform.
  • Azure: Basic knowledge of Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure API Management for advanced automation needs.
