Position: Power BI Developer – Information Technology

Location: (Remote)

Contract Position

Overview

Power BI Developer

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain advanced dashboards and reports in
Power BI
.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements for impactful visualizations.
Partner with data engineers and architects to integrate data seamlessly from
Snowflake
into reporting solutions.
Migrate existing dashboards and reports from
SAP HANA
to Snowflake-based environments.
Optimize Power BI performance using best practices in
DAX
and data modeling.
Ensure data quality, consistency, and security across all reporting solutions.
Prepare documentation and deliver training/support to end-users when required.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in
Power BI
development.
Strong command of
DAX
,
Power Query
, and advanced data modeling techniques.
Hands-on experience with
Snowflake
and/or
SAP HANA
.
Proficient understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
Fluent in English (mandatory requirement).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with application rationalization or cloud migration projects.
Knowledge of
Azure Data Services
or other cloud platforms.
Familiarity with enterprise business processes, particularly in
supply chain
, is an advantage.
