Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Power Apps Developer to design, develop, and implement a custom Power Apps solution that streamlines order processing, inventory management, and logistics tracking. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, and integrating Microsoft technologies to build a robust and user-friendly application.

Key Responsibilities:

• App Development & Design:
• Develop a Power Apps-based order management system with functionalities including:
• Client lookup and entry
• Product selection, stock management, and order tracking
• PDF generation for delivery notes and connote/labels
• File attachment capabilities for delivery documentation
• Automated unique delivery note number generation
• Ensure the application is accessible on laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
• Implement an intuitive UI/UX for seamless user interaction.
• Process Automation & Workflow:
• Configure Power Automate workflows for:
• Automated PDF generation for delivery notes and labels
• Order status updates and notifications
• Enable real-time monitoring of order queues and logistics processes.
• Data Management & Integration:
• Implement a structured database (Microsoft Dataverse or SharePoint) to store and manage:
• Clients, products, orders, and stock inventory
• Develop Power BI reports and dashboards for order tracking and inventory analytics.
• Integrate the app with external systems if required.
• Maintenance & Enhancements:
• Enable easy stock modifications and inventory updates.
• Ensure app security, performance, and scalability.
• Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and feature updates.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in Power Apps development (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps).
• Strong expertise in Power Automate for workflow automation.
• Experience in integrating Power Apps with SharePoint, Microsoft Dataverse, and third-party APIs.
• Familiarity with PDF generation tools within Power Platform.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of data sources like SQL, SharePoint, and Dataverse.
• Understanding of security roles and permission management in Power Platform.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills to gather requirements and provide user support.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-600).
• Experience in logistics, inventory, or order management applications.
