Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive PMO Executive/Specialist with 47 years of experience to support and streamline various project governance activities. The ideal candidate will have experience managing contracts, compliance tracking, ODC operations, and supporting corporate functions like finance, HR, and delivery management. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract & Documentation Management:
    Manage and maintain various contract types including MOU, NDA, MSA. Handle Statement of Work (SOW) and Task Order (TO) lifecycle management. Ensure timely renewals and updates of agreements in collaboration with legal and business teams.
  • Client Onboarding:
    Facilitate smooth onboarding of new clients, ensuring all contractual and operational prerequisites are met. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for setup and compliance readiness.
  • Compliance & Audit Support:
    Track and support organizational compliance initiatives (ISO, CMMi, SOC 2, etc.). Ensure audit readiness and coordinate with relevant departments for necessary documentation.
  • ODC (Offshore Development Center) Management:
    Oversee ODC operations including security protocols, audit compliance, and profitability tracking. Liaise with Admin and IT teams to ensure smooth daily operations of the ODC.
  • Resource Management & Reporting:
    Support delivery management in onboarding/offboarding resources in client accounts. Maintain and publish dashboards and MIS reports related to staffing, operations, and project health.
  • Corporate PMO Support:
    Work with HR SPOCs to facilitate background verification and timesheet approvals. Collaborate with Finance for accurate billing and invoicing support.

Mandatory Skills and Qualification:

  • Strong relationship management with internal and client stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with good analytical abilities.

Good To Have Skills:

Experience with any of the following tools is highly desirable:

  • Masters Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

  • Experience working in a similar PMO or project governance role in IT or consulting environments.

  • Knowledge of project management tools and platforms (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Excel dashboards, etc.).
