PMO Analyst

You will be working as a PMO Analyst at Bluebash, located in Mohali, Punjab. As a motivated and detail-oriented individual with 0-3 years of experience, you will join our Project Management Office team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who are passionate about technology, project coordination, and eager to begin their career in project and program management within a fast-paced IT environment. Your key responsibilities will include supporting the Project Management team in planning, scheduling, and reporting project activities. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating project documentation, dashboards, and status reports, as well as assisting in tracking project deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and ensure smooth execution of project tasks will be crucial. Additionally, you will monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating when necessary, and help ensure adherence to project governance standards and PMO best practices. Your contribution to the continuous improvement of project management processes and templates will be valued. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (IT/CS), MCA/M.Sc (IT), a basic understanding of project management concepts (Agile, Waterfall, SDLC, etc.), and knowledge/experience in Prompting Skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic team environment are essential. It would be advantageous to have internship or academic project experience in IT or project-related roles, as well as a certification in project management fundamentals (e.g., CAPM, Agile Foundations). The selection process consists of three stages: Aptitude Test, Technical Interview, and HR Interview. Your performance in these interviews will determine your candidacy.
