PLM Analyst

The PLM Analyst position requires a candidate with at least 8 years of experience and will be based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. As the PLM Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the Product Lifecycle Management processes and ensuring effective coordination among engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams. Your role will involve analyzing product data, supporting project management initiatives, and leading efforts to enhance product development timelines and cost efficiency. Collaboration across departments is essential to facilitate successful product introductions and modifications. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing PLM tools and systems to maintain data integrity and accessibility, conducting cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment on product development milestones, analyzing and reporting on key performance indicators related to product lifecycle processes, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and supporting staff training on PLM systems and processes. To qualify for this role, you must have an Engineering Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 8-12 years of experience in Product Development and PLM, strong knowledge of PLM software such as Windchill and Thingworx, proficiency in project management and data analysis tools, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred qualifications include experience in manufacturing operations, Six Sigma certification or equivalent process improvement experience, and the ability to travel up to 30%.
