Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced PLC Programmer with strong expertise in Delta PLC programming and a solid background in industrial automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, programming, testing, and maintaining PLC-based control systems for various industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, program, and troubleshoot Delta PLCs for industrial automation projects.
• Design and implement control strategies for automation systems.
• Interpret electrical schematics and P&IDs for control system development.
• Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and software teams to integrate and commission systems.
• Conduct site installations, testing, and commissioning of control systems.
• Perform upgrades and modifications to existing PLC programs.
• Ensure all automation solutions comply with industry and safety standards.
• Provide technical support and training to clients and internal teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in PLC programming, preferably Delta PLCs.
• Strong understanding of industrial automation systems, including HMI, SCADA, sensors, and actuators.
• Experience with control panel design and electrical troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with communication protocols like Modbus, Profibus, and Ethernet/IP.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites if required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience in commissioning and troubleshooting automation systems.
• Knowledge of safety standards and risk assessment in industrial environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
