Platform Lead (AVP/VP) - Cloud Operations

As a Platform Lead - CloudXP Ops, you will be responsible for overseeing the 24x7 Business Critical Operations for Application Support, with a focus on Cloud Operations, Automation, Data Analytics, Transformation, and Collection & Visualization. Your role will involve leading a team to ensure the uptime of the In-house developed hybrid cloud management platform and collaborating with delivery teams for new feature testing and production deployments. Additionally, you will engage with internal and external customers for onboarding and troubleshooting issues. Your key responsibilities will include managing a 24x7 Operations team of 20+ members, ensuring the support of Mission Critical Applications with zero downtime, and conducting Issue Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis. You should possess expertise in Cloud offerings such as ROS, Azure, AWS, GCP, Vmware, Oracle, and Nutanix, as well as Linux and Open source application architecture and support. Familiarity with Log Analytics & Data Mining tools like Kafka, ELK Stack, and Spark is essential for this role. Moreover, your role will require proficiency in Azure CI/CD and Automation using Cloud CLI tools, along with excellent communication skills and experience in team management.
