Job Description

1. Key Responsibilities

Implement well-scoped infrastructure tasks under guidance

Build CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments, or contribute to internal tools
Write simple scripts, templates, or platform service components
Execute platform playbooks and follow operational standards
Participate in sprint ceremonies, code reviews, and on-call rotations (if applicable)

2. Key Relationships

Reports to: Senior Platform Engineer/Tech Lead

Works closely with: Platform Engineers, Test Engineers, Software Engineers
Mentored by: Senior Platform Engineers

3. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)

Exposure to scripting (e.g., Bash, Python) and IaC (e.g., Terraform, Bicep)
Understanding of CI/CD workflows and developer tooling
Strong willingness to learn, take feedback, and follow standards

4. Requisite Education and Experience

Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience

0 2 years in infrastructure or platform engineering environments
Bonus: Certifications like Azure Fundamentals, AWS Cloud Practitioner
