Skillsets Requirements

Technical Skills

Must have 1+ years experience in provisioning infrastructure as a service cloud computing for cloud platforms. Exposure to GCP is preferable.

Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services such as Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, VPC, IAM, and Cloud Monitoring.

Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts including networking (VPC, VPN, firewall rules), storage, and compute resources.

Experience with incident management tools and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).

Knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Deployment Manager.

Strong troubleshooting skills for cloud infrastructure issues.

Familiarity with Linux system administration and command-line tools.

Basic scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar) for automation.

Understanding of security best practices in cloud environments

Soft Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must.

He/She will be open to work in a 24x7 model to ensure all the services are being delivered within SLAs

Experience working in a 24/7 support or managed services environment is a plus.

Creative thinking and ability to innovate, problem-solving skills, escalation handling and customer success.

Customer service obsession with strong interpersonal skills are a must.

Ability to work cross-functionally for the greater good of the company

Skilled in handling numerous projects simultaneously.

Engage directly with end users to collect requirements and advise on data integration solutions
