The Planning Engineer plays a crucial role in project management by developing detailed project pre and post-planning, creating comprehensive plans for construction stages, scheduling and monitoring using project management software like MS Project or Primavera. The role requires proficiency in ERP software to monitor project costs and resources effectively. Coordination with various departments such as architects, QS tendering, and construction is essential to maintain project development timelines. Resource allocation, including labor, materials, and equipment, is a key responsibility to ensure efficient project execution. Detailed material procurement planning and providing delivery schedules are crucial tasks for the purchase team. Maintaining accurate records of project activities, schedules, budgets, materials, hindrance registers, and planning documents is a part of the role. The ideal candidate should have a degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field. The position is full-time and permanent, offering benefits such as food, health insurance, and Provident Fund. The work schedule includes day and morning shifts, with additional benefits like performance bonus and yearly bonus.
