Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Placement Officer to lead and manage student placement activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in career services, industry engagement, and student mentoring, with a passion for empowering students to succeed in their professional journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Employer Relations:

Build and maintain strong relationships with recruiters, companies, and industry professionals to create placement opportunities for students.

• Placement Drives & Job Fairs:

Plan, coordinate, and execute campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and off-campus placement events.

• Pre-Placement Training:

Organize workshops and training sessions on resume writing, interview skills, group discussions, aptitude tests, and other career-prep topics.

• Career Counseling:

Guide and mentor students on career paths, job roles, industry expectations, and interview preparation.

• Industry Collaboration:

Collaborate with industry partners to arrange internships, live projects, and industry interaction sessions.

• Record Management:

Maintain accurate databases of student profiles, placement statistics, and employer contacts.

• Travel & Outreach:

Visit companies and attend industry events to expand the institution’s recruitment network. (A valid driving license and personal vehicle are required.)

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, HR, Education, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in student placement or career services, preferably within the education sector.
• Strong industry network in sectors such as logistics, accounting, or office management is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.

Salary : Rs 30,000 -Rs 45000 per month
