Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Placement Executive to manage and enhance student placement services. The ideal candidate will build employer partnerships, coordinate placements, and guide students toward successful employment.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and build relationships with companies for student placements (internships & jobs)
Schedule and coordinate interviews between students and companies
Maintain placement records and prepare regular reports
Guide students in resume preparation and interview readiness
Follow up with placed students and employers for feedback
Work closely with trainers and academic teams to ensure student readiness
Organize job fairs, campus drives, and employer interactions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any field
1–3 years of experience in placement
Excellent communication skills (Malayalam and English)
Good interpersonal and coordination abilities
Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic reporting
Passionate about student development and career growth
