Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Physiotherapist with experience in Pediatric Rehabilitation to join our team at Nivera Child Development Centre. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in working with children with developmental delays, cerebral palsy, autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and other pediatric rehabilitation needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate children with developmental and physical challenges.
• Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment plans.
• Provide therapy focused on motor skills, strength, posture, coordination, and functional independence.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (speech therapists, occupational therapists, special educators, psychologists).
• Guide parents/caregivers on home exercise programs and progress monitoring.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports.
• Participate in case discussions and therapy planning meetings.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s physiotherapy (BPT/MPT) from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in pediatric rehabilitation (mandatory).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient-centered, and team-oriented approach.
• Knowledge of sensory integration and neurodevelopmental therapy will be an added advantage.
