Job Description

We are hiring PHP Developers for both Permanent roles and Internship opportunities (Work From Home). This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about coding, problem-solving, and building scalable applications.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain dynamic web applications using PHP.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code.
• Work with databases (MySQL/MariaDB) to create and manage backend functionalities.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality projects.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and frameworks.

Key Skills Required

• Good knowledge of Core PHP & OOP concepts.
• Experience with Laravel/CodeIgniter (preferred).
• Familiarity with MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Basic understanding of REST APIs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Eligibility

Permanent Role:

• 1–2 years of proven experience as a PHP Developer.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent.

Internship Role:

• Freshers, students, or recent graduates passionate about web development.
• Basic knowledge of PHP and willingness to learn.

Compensation & Benefits

• Permanent Role: ₹9,000 – ₹15,000 per month (depending on skills & experience).
• Internship: Stipend ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 per month or performance-based evaluation.
