PHP Laravel Developer

As a PHP Laravel Developer at Nextera Production, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our custom in-house CRM application. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and maintaining the in-house CRM application using PHP Laravel. - Collaborating with management and internal teams to understand workflow and translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Creating scalable database structures (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and ensuring secure data management. - Developing user roles, dashboards, lead management, sales pipeline, task tracking, and reporting modules. - Ensuring system security, scalability, and high performance. - Handling testing, debugging, and documentation of the CRM. - Providing ongoing support, updates, and improvements as the system evolves. - Collaborating with designers and front-end developers for a seamless UI/UX. Qualifications required for this role include: - Proven experience in PHP & Laravel framework. - Strong knowledge of MVC architecture, OOP, and design patterns. - Proficiency in MySQL/PostgreSQL database design & optimization. - Hands-on experience with JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, HTML5, CSS3. - Experience in CRM/ERP development will be a strong plus. - Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party service integration. - Good understanding of security practices (authentication, authorization, data protection). - Version control experience with Git. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects. Preferred skills that would be beneficial for this role include: - Experience in Vue.js/React for building interactive dashboards. - Knowledge of Docker, AWS, or cloud deployment environments. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology. - Prior experience developing custom CRM or ERP applications.
