Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled PHP Developer with strong experience in Laravel and hands-on expertise in WordPress backend development. The ideal candidate should be capable of delivering high-quality backend solutions, optimizing performance, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using Laravel.
• Customize and extend WordPress backend features, plugins, and APIs.
• Write clean, secure, and well-structured code.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Build and integrate APIs with third-party platforms.
• Work closely with product, design, and frontend teams to deliver seamless solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience with PHP.
• Strong proficiency in Laravel (v8 or above).
• Solid knowledge of WordPress backend development (custom post types, hooks, theme/plugin development).
• Experience with MySQL, database queries, and optimization.
• Familiarity with Git and version control.
• Understanding of REST APIs, authentication methods, and security best practices.
• Basic frontend skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Docker or containerized environments.
• Knowledge of AWS / DigitalOcean / Cloud servers.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of scalable system architecture.
