PHP Developer

You will be working as a PHP Developer, focusing on developing new features and maintaining the existing software baseline. With a minimum of 2 years of experience, you are expected to be a clear thinker who can simplify and explain complex solutions. Your passion for software development, combined with meticulous and independent work ethic, will be key qualities for this role. Additionally, being customer service centric, a self-starter, and having a collaborative spirit to build a team are essential characteristics. Your responsibilities will include developing custom PHP-based web services and websites. You must have knowledge of e-commerce platforms like ZenCart, Shopify, Prestashop, Magento, Open Cart, and Custom PHP. Writing efficient, secure, and organized code with expertise in PHP5, OOPs, Ajax, and API integration (Google API, Facebook API, etc.) is necessary. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, MySQL queries, and frameworks like Code Igniter, CakePHP, Laravel, Zend is required. You will be analyzing, designing, coding, debugging, testing, and deploying system changes. Researching new technologies, collaborating with team members, and contributing to a team of developers are also part of your role. Your requirements include a track record of implementing well-designed and user-friendly websites, writing efficient and scalable code, and experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, jQuery Mobile, MVC frameworks, and MySql query optimization. Experience with web services, XML, JSON, and the ability to quickly learn new concepts are must-haves. Experience with CakePHP, open-source library development on GitHub, and a profile on StackOverflow with a minimum of 50 answers are considered advantageous.
