About Us

At IT Ways, we build innovative CRM solutions and custom web applications that empower businesses across industries. We are looking for a passionate PHP Developer (fresher/junior) who wants to learn, grow, and contribute to our CRM projects.

Role Overview

As a PHP Developer, you will be responsible for supporting the development, customization, and maintenance of our CRM applications. You’ll work closely with our senior developers, learn best practices, and get hands-on experience with real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

  1. CRM Development & Customization

  • Assist in building and maintaining CRM modules.
  • Customize and enhance existing features as per client requirements.

  1. Database Management

  • Write optimized MySQL queries for CRM operations.
  • Maintain database integrity and handle CRUD operations.

  1. Coding & Best Practices

  • Write clean, reusable, and maintainable PHP code (OOP-based).
  • Follow project coding standards and documentation.

  1. Integration & APIs

  • Assist in integrating third-party APIs (e.g., WhatsApp, SMS, Payment Gateways).
  • Work with REST APIs for CRM data exchange.

  1. Testing & Debugging

  • Test modules before deployment.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues.

  1. Collaboration

  • Work with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, testing, support).
  • Communicate effectively and share progress regularly.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of

    PHP (OOP concepts)

    .
  • Basic understanding of

    MySQL (queries, joins, indexing)

    .
  • Familiarity with

    HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap

    .
  • Knowledge of

    AJAX, jQuery

    is a plus.
  • Understanding of

    MVC architecture

    (CodeIgniter/Laravel preferred but not mandatory).
  • Problem-solving and willingness to learn.
