About the Role

Senior PHP Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure web applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable PHP code following industry best practices.
• Work with

  frameworks

  such as Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot, and debug existing applications.
• Ensure database design and queries are efficient and optimized in

  MySQL

  .
• Collaborate with front-end developers, QA, and product teams for seamless integration.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Stay updated with the latest PHP, frameworks, and web development trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in

  PHP development

  (latest versions).
• Strong understanding of

  Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs)

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  Laravel / Symfony / CodeIgniter

  frameworks.
• Proficiency in

  MySQL

  , including database design, optimization, and query tuning.
• Experience with

  API development & integration

  (RESTful/GraphQL).
• Good understanding of version control systems (Git).
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices is a plus.
