PHP and Laravel Developer

We are looking for an experienced PHP Developer to join our dynamic team. As a PHP Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain web applications using PHP and related technologies. This role involves writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring the performance, quality, and security of the applications and staying updated with the latest industry trends to continuously improve and innovate.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain PHP-based web applications and websites.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to industry best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software bugs and performance issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, designers, and project managers, to implement new features and solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Optimize application performance and scalability, ensuring seamless user experience.
• Develop and maintain databases, write and optimize SQL queries, and ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Stay updated with the latest PHP, web development trends, and technologies to continuously improve the development process.
• Implement security measures and ensure compliance with industry standards to protect applications from vulnerabilities.
• Produce and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including API documentation and deployment notes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 - 4 years of professional experience as a PHP Developer.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proficiency in PHP, including experience with frameworks such as WordPress or Laravel.
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for seamless integration of user-facing elements.
• Experience with database management systems like MySQL or PostgreSQL, and ability to write efficient SQL queries.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git for code management and collaboration.
• Solid grasp of object-oriented programming principles and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in writing scalable and maintainable code.
