Job Title: Phlebotomist Location: Lucknow Experience: 1+ years Qualification: DMLT / BMLT Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Phlebotomist to join our team at Redcliffe Labs in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, handling, and processing blood and diagnostic samples with precision, while ensuring high standards of hygiene, accuracy, and patient comfort. Key Responsibilities: Collect blood and other diagnostic samples ensuring accuracy, safety, and comfort. Maintain proper hygiene, documentation, and storage/dispatch of samples. Promote diagnostic services to walk-in customers, doctors, and local partners. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and lab standards at all times. Required Skills: Hands-on experience in blood and sample collection. Knowledge of medical terminology and diagnostic procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and adherence to quality standards. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
