Personal Assistant to Director : Females Only: Immediate Joining

We are a digital marketing organization looking only for a female personal assistant.

Minimum Qualification Required: 12th Pass

Age Group: 18-28 years.

Job Profile:

• Organize meetings, appointments, and events.
• Coordinate travel schedules and itineraries.
• Send reminders for upcoming commitments.
• Handle calendar updates and conflicts.
• Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
• Draft and send correspondence on behalf of the employer.
• Screen communications and prioritize responses.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Arrange travel, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and related logistics.
• Ensure smooth travel plans with adequate documentation (e.g., passports, tickets, visas).
• Maintain files, both digital and physical.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents.
• Handle personal and professional paperwork.
• Track important deadlines and action items.
• Assist with personal errands, such as shopping, appointment scheduling, and more.
• Manage personal finances, if required, or assist with budgeting.
• Coordinate personal events, like family functions or celebrations.
• Maintain relationships with clients, contacts, and other stakeholders.
• Help schedule and organize meetings or social events with clients.
• Manage small or ongoing projects on behalf of the employer.
• Prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
• Ensure deadlines are met and progress is tracked.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
