Who Are We Looking For

  • The Experience required: 6 months to 1 years (Internship also ok)
  • The Salary (CTC) offered: Rs, 1,80000 to 2,00,000/- Annually, Maximum
  • Minimum Qualification: 10+2 or Bachelor's degree
  • Preferred: Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or similar

Job Responsibilities


HR and Admin Duties


  • Handle special projects assigned by executives.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory.
  • All tasks related to the Human Resource department
  • Track daily expenses and prepare reports.
  • Handling client communication.
  • Taking care of projects whenever required.
  • Perform other duties as needed.


Social Media Posting


  • Organise social media posting on instagram and facebook
  • Oversee project coordination tasks, coordinating team activities and monitoring timelines.
  • Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking.
  • Coordinate project-based work and follow up on tasks and deadlines.


Meeting Coordination


  • Schedule and organise meetings and events for the CEO, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate logistics for team events, conferences, and other meetings.


Communication


  • Serve as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
  • Draft and distribute emails, memos, letters, and forms.


Problem Solving


  • Conduct research and compile information as needed.
  • Address and resolve administrative or operational issues.
  • Assist in decision-making by providing timely and accurate information.

Knowledge of tools like Canva, AI tools, and PowerPoint presentation, Slack, MS Teams, and Deep knowledge of Research processes.

Skills And Qualifications


  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Assistant, or in another relevant administrative role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
  • Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge.

The Salary (CTC) offered: 2 to 3,00,000/- Annually, Maximum


Working Days


Monday to Friday (5 days a week)


Working Hours


From 10:00 AM


8 hours a day, excluding breaks.
