JD: Personal Assistant for Home Management ( Female Only ) Role: We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Personal Assistant to manage the daily affairs of our home. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the household, taking care of various tasks, and providing administrative support. Responsibilities 1. Scheduling appointments 2. Answering emails and phone calls 3. Liaising with other staff 4. Home maintenance management 5. Household management ( House Staff - 7 to 9 ) 6. Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems 7. Ensure the home is well-organized and clutter-free. Minimum Qualifications 1. Relevant education: Completed a degree in Hotel Management, or a related field. 2. Proficiency in Software Familiarity with software such as Excel & MS office. Experience Previous experience as a personal assistant or house manager is preferred.
