Performance Testing Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute performance test plans and scripts using LoadRunner, JMeter, and NeoLoad.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and identify performance bottlenecks across all application tiers.
• Conduct detailed performance testing and provide walkthroughs of test plans to stakeholders.
• Review and enhance scripts developed by team members, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Analyze and resolve critical application issues, including crashes, memory leaks, and hung threads.
• Prepare and present performance reports, including WSR, MMR, and QBR.
• Utilize application monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, New Relic, or AppDynamics to monitor application performance.
• Work with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices to integrate performance testing into the development pipeline.
• Participate in Agile processes and contribute to team discussions and planning.
• Lead a team of 3-4 members, providing guidance and support in performance testing initiatives.

Experience Required:

• 5-8 years of experience in performance testing lifecycle from requirement gathering to analysis and reporting.
• Hands-on expertise in scripting and execution using LoadRunner, JMeter, and NeoLoad.
• Proficient in identifying performance bottlenecks across application layers.
• Experience in application monitoring, Agile environments, and test integration with CI/CD pipelines.

Education:Any Graduation.
