Role Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with deep expertise in Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads), Google Ads, and digital growth strategies. You will own and scale our customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth, ensuring strong ROI on marketing spend.

This role is ideal for someone who loves data-driven marketing, thrives in fast-growth startups, and can design scalable digital campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.

• Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through innovative digital strategies.

• Manage and optimize ad budgets to ensure maximum ROI.

• Develop and execute performance funnels (awareness → consideration → conversion).

• Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance with clear KPIs & dashboards.

• Collaborate with creative & product teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.

• Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and algorithm updates to maintain performance edge.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 3–6 years of experience in performance marketing / growth marketing.

• Proven track record of scaling campaigns on Meta Ads & Google Ads.

• Strong knowledge of digital analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).

• Experience in A/B testing, conversion optimization, and attribution tracking.

• Comfortable working with budgets and ROI-driven decision making.

• Good understanding of SEO, influencer marketing, and organic growth strategies (nice-to-have).
