Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Performance Marketing Specialist to lead and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms. This role requires a mix of creativity, analytical thinking, and hands-on execution. You will own the end-to-end process of campaign strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
• Develop ad creatives, copy, and visuals to drive engagement and conversions.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and audiences.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, CTR, LTV) and optimize for ROI.
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and product teams for marketing assets.
• Build and manage lead generation, nurturing, and retargeting funnels.
• Execute WhatsApp and SMS marketing campaigns.
• Provide regular performance reports and insights to leadership.

What We’re Looking For

• Proficiency in Kannada is mandatory.
• 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing (freshers with strong portfolios may apply).
• Strong understanding of digital platforms and campaign management.
• Ability to write compelling ad copy and create engaging visuals (Canva or similar tools).
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in performance tracking tools.
• Knowledge of Indian digital audiences across Tier 1–Tier 3 cities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment with high ownership.
