UniSouk is an evolving e-commerce enabler platform designed to empower Indian SMEs in the digital marketplace. Offering essential tools like payment gateway integrations, logistics management, and e-commerce platform connections, UniSouk simplifies online business operations. With ONDC integration and a user-friendly dashboard, UniSouk aims to level the playing field for Indian SMEs. The platform is actively developing features such as a no-code store builder, ERP and accounting integrations, and marketing tools, striving to help SMEs establish, manage, and scale their e-commerce presence efficiently.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat for a Performance Marketing Manager at UniSouk. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns. Daily tasks will include managing PPC campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, executing A/B tests, creating strategies to drive traffic, and maximizing ROI. The role will also involve collaborating with other teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications

Experience in managing PPC campaigns, Google Ads, and social media advertising
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize marketing strategies
Understanding of SEO, SEM, and online marketing trends
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Relevant experience in e-commerce or a related field is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
