We are seeking a seasoned and hands-on Performance Marketing Manager who brings end-to-end expertise in managing, executing, and optimizing high-performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate must have practical experience in running and optimizing campaigns themselves, not just managing teams or agencies. This role will directly impact our customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
• Plan, execute, and optimize full-funnel performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, display, affiliate, and email marketing channels.
• Take full ownership of campaigns—from budgeting, audience segmentation, copywriting briefs, creative coordination, to real-time optimization.
• Drive and achieve key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CPA, retention, and lifetime value. • Lead structured A/B testing across creatives, landing pages, targeting, and bidding strategies.
• Analyze campaign performance data, generate actionable insights, and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
• Work directly with external agencies, affiliate partners, and publishers, ensuring alignment on business goals.
• Collaborate closely with internal product, creative, analytics, and content teams for seamless execution of campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, platform updates, and emerging trends in performance marketing to keep MSM at the forefront.
• 7–10 years of hands-on experience in running and scaling performance marketing campaigns across paid media platforms.
• Proven expertise with platforms such as Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, programmatic networks, affiliate marketing, and CRM/email marketing platforms.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), attribution models, and data visualization tools like Tableau.
• Demonstrated success in scaling campaigns with strong ROI, optimizing CAC, and meeting aggressive growth targets.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. • Self-starter with the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross functional teams.
• Preference for candidates who have personally worked on platform dashboards, built audiences, monitored real-time campaign performance, and optimized accordingly.
