We’re looking for a data-driven and analytical Performance Marketing Lead to lead our digital acquisition and paid media growth efforts across multiple channels. You’ll manage end-to-end performance marketing operations — from campaign strategy and execution to tracking, optimization, and reporting — driving measurable business impact and revenue growth.
Start your day reviewing performance data across Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok dashboards. Join a quick sync with product and design to align on creative testing priorities. Audit tracking setups and attribution accuracy in GA4. Collaborate with agencies to refine media plans or ad creatives. Run A/B tests on landing pages and analyze conversion results. Close your day by updating dashboards, optimizing bids, and preparing insights for leadership to drive next-level growth.
