Our partners are hiring for Performance Marketing Analysts, Consultants and Managers with hands-on experience on Blinkit, Swiggy, Zepto, Amazon, Flipkart and other e-commerce/ quick commerce performance marketing. She/He should have a good understanding of linking category and platform insights to performance marketing actions. The role will be very hands-on and will involve full ownership of execution of campaigns (including keyword harvesting, bid changes, report creation) using our automation tool.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Performance Marketer. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for devising and implementing marketing strategies, managing paid media campaigns, conducting performance analysis, optimizing campaigns based on data insights, and collaborating with the marketing team. The individual will also handle budget allocation, A/B testing, and reporting on key performance metrics.

Expectations

1-5 years of experience in e-commerce performance marketing - esp Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit etc
Proficiency in devising marketing strategies and managing paid media campaigns
Experience in conducting performance analysis and optimizing campaigns based on data insights
Strong skills in budget allocation, A/B testing, and reporting on key performance metrics
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience in digital marketing and the tools used for marketing performance analysis
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Proficiency in creating Excel sheet and docs to represent plan, KPIs and audit reports
Proficiency in marketing tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush etc.
