About the Role

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager who can take charge of planning, ideating, and executing content that resonates with our audience. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with AI tools, have a strong sense of current trends, and be confident in both digital strategy and on-ground content production.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and execute engaging social media campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Collaborate with the team for creative ideations and content strategy that align with brand goals.
• Use AI tools (OpenAI, Gamma, Nano, etc.) to enhance content planning, captioning, and visual creation.
• Be actively involved in content shoots, assisting with direction, scripting, and coordination.
• Visit clients when required for meetings, shoots, and campaign discussions.
• Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and suggest optimization strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and social media algorithms.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of proven experience in social media management.
• Strong knowledge of AI tools for content creation and automation.
• Good understanding of photo/video shooting basics (angles, lighting, storytelling).
• Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
