Performance Engineering Architect

About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Performance Engineering & Observability Architect to design and implement cutting-edge observability solutions and optimize system performance across distributed, cloud-native environments.

What You'll Do:

• You will architect and implement observability solutions, develop custom tools, and ensure system reliability and scalability.
• Architect and implement observability solutions using OpenTelemetry (OTel), Prometheus, Cortex, Thanos, and ClickHouse.
• Develop and maintain custom tools and integrations using Go and BugSnag CLI for error monitoring and performance tracking.
• Design and manage performance data pipelines for real-time analytics and visualization.
• Optimize system performance across microservices and distributed environments.
• Implement alerting, dashboards, and reporting for proactive monitoring.
• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to embed observability in the SDLC.
• Troubleshoot complex performance issues and provide actionable insights.
• Drive best practices for reliability, scalability, and fault tolerance.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• We are looking for a highly skilled professional with deep technical knowledge and hands-on experience in observability and performance engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in performance engineering and observability.
• Strong programming skills in Go (mandatory).
• Hands-on experience with:
• CLI for error monitoring
• OpenTelemetry (OTel) for distributed tracing
• ClickHouse for high-performance analytics
• Prometheus, Cortex, Thanos for metrics and monitoring
• Expertise in performance data analysis and visualization.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with Linux environments, scripting, and automation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
