Performance Engineer

As part of the delivery team at Infosys, your primary role will involve ensuring effective design, development, validation, and support activities to meet the technology domain service standards and ensure client satisfaction. You will be responsible for gathering and understanding client requirements in detail, translating them into system requirements, and contributing to work estimations for project planning. Your expertise will be crucial in building efficient programs and systems to support our clients in their digital transformation journey. In terms of technical requirements, you should have knowledge and experience with containers such as Docker and microservices, as well as Microsoft Azure cloud solutions including AKS clustering. You must be able to gather and review non-functional requirements, identify performance objectives, scenarios, and develop performance test strategies using tools like Apache JMeter and BlazeMeter. Experience with monitoring tools like perfmon, Splunk, Datadog, and AppDynamics is essential for analyzing test results and ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA). Additionally, you are expected to have strong skills in performance testing, execution, and analysis, with a focus on key performance testing-related tasks. The position may require working from either Pune or Hyderabad locations. Preferred skills include expertise in Performance Engineering and Apache JMeter within the domain of Performance Testing.
