Performance Engineer

Job Description: As a Performance Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for diagnosing complex issues that the in-house performance testing team has been unable to resolve. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to understand performance challenges, analyzing system architecture, and implementing effective solutions to enhance application performance. You will also participate in discussions regarding capacity planning and application performance management, ensuring that the systems operate efficiently and meet user expectations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Analyze performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. - Collaborate with development teams to ensure performance considerations are integrated into the software development lifecycle. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Apache JMeter. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Neotys NeoLoad. - Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies. - Experience in capacity planning and application performance management. - Familiarity with problem detection and resolution techniques. Qualification Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in Apache JMeter. - Educational Qualification: 15 years full-time education.
