Job Description

As a SEM Analyst / Performance Marketing Analyst at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving growth outcomes for global clients. You are not someone who waits for dashboards to dictate your actions; instead, you operate with the mindset of a strategist, taking ownership of full-funnel search, shopping, YouTube, and PMax strategy and execution. Your focus will be on performance optimization through intent segmentation, ad relevance, and landing experience. Additionally, you will be responsible for conversion tracking, audience strategy development, performance analytics, reporting, and collaboration with various teams to unlock growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute full-funnel Search, Shopping, YouTube, and PMax strategies - Optimize performance based on intent segmentation, ad relevance, and landing experience - Implement conversion tracking using GTM, GA4, CRM integrations, and enhanced conversions - Develop audience strategies utilizing first-party and platform signals - Analyze performance data, create reports, and communicate insights to stakeholders - Scale testing frameworks for bidding, ads, landing pages, and feed enhancements - Plan budgets, forecast, and improve efficiency - Collaborate with content, creative, CRO, and client teams to drive growth Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of Google Ads experience with proficiency in search structure, bid strategies, feed optimization, and scripts/rules - 3+ years of Meta Ads experience, focusing on retargeting, demand generation, and efficiency plays - Exposure to B2B/eCommerce global clients and markets - Proficiency in extracting meaningful data from Looker Studio or similar tools - Strong Excel/Sheets skills including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data cleaning - Practical CRO mindset with a focus on improving landing page performance - Understanding of incrementality and attribution nuances Additional Company Details: Our company values individuals who demonstrate a proactive approach to performance marketing, creating demand, and taking ownership of revenue outcomes.
