Job Description

Lead the design, development, and deployment of RPA solutions using
Pega RPA Platform
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand process automation needs, evaluate the opportunity for automation, and convert them into technical solutions.
Define solution architecture, conduct design reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices in RPA domains.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and junior team members.
Monitor the performance and stability of automation bots and PEGA applications in production.
Conduct proof of concepts (POCs), tool evaluations, and capacity planning.
Ensure compliance with security and governance standards as well as platform guardrail development best practices in all automation implementations.
Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and report progress to leadership.
Work with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, business analysts) to ensure smooth delivery.
