Pega Developer

As a Pega Developer at NTT DATA, you will play a crucial role in our Pega digital practice. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and integrating strategies for Pega Application implementation in alignment with transformational initiatives. - Formulating the overall data strategy based on clients" business needs and enterprise strategy. - Providing guidance and acting as a subject matter expert for CSAs. - Driving and instilling best practices and concepts as a thought leader for Pega methodology. - Ensuring alignment of solutions with business and IT goals/objectives. - Identifying and quantifying the scope and impact of business requirements and changes on systems. - Communicating solution options to business owners/stakeholders. - Incorporating software and system architecture into conceptual designs for highly scalable and performing solutions. - Ensuring alignment with enterprise technology standards. - Facilitating open communication and fact-based decision making. - Reviewing the work of others, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to both Development and Business Architect team. - Developing innovative approaches to challenging and complex assignments. - Researching, identifying, and recommending industry best practices for solving business problems. - Forecasting and planning resource requirements. - Demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills to motivate and lead other team members. Qualifications required for this role: - 5+ years of experience in developing mobile applications using Pega. - Proven communication skills to collaborate with the business and influence business requirements. - Exposure to product development practices and methodologies. - Master's or Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field. - Ability to successfully run end-to-end delivery of Pega PRPC based solutions/projects from a technical perspective. - Excellent skills in identifying and driving process optimization and streamlining for client business processes. - Strong knowledge and experience in various Pega PRPC concepts and rule types. - Experience with multi-language and localization of application interfaces. - Experience with UI framework, creating skins, email listeners, routing email via workbaskets, SSO integration, security privileges access roles, RDA, RPA Pega solutions. - Expertise in object-oriented design and implementation, various integration approaches, software delivery methodologies, and formulating conceptual frameworks. - Experience working within a collaborative environment, with matrixed and virtual teams. - Exposure to Healthcare, Insurance, airlines, travel & hospitality sectors is a plus. Nice to have qualifications: - Knowledge of Latest Pega Capabilities, Pega Express Methodology, creating UML diagrams, requirement management tools like JIRA, DevOps, Agile Methodologies. - Knowledge in industries like Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Utilities.
