We are looking for a seasoned professional to manage our India payroll function in-house.

Below are the key requirements for the role:

• Experience: 12 to 15 years of hands-on experience in India payroll, preferably in an in-house setup
• Application Expertise: Proficiency in ADP Vista or similar payroll application
• Key Responsibilities:

• • End-to-end payroll processing for India.
  • Experience in managing payroll processed by third-party consultants
  • Month-end close activities (Payroll)
  • Statutory filings such as Form 16, Quarterly Returns, etc.
  • Audit support and compliance
  • Employee engagement and query resolution related to payroll
