Role & responsibilities
1.Documentation & Onboarding process, maintain MIS report.
2.Statutory Compliance maintenance monthly basis, like PF ESIC PTAX, LWF etc.3.Day to day HR operation related activities.4.Maintain employee database, MIS details of employees, updating their database time to time.5. Payroll Management & checking salary sheet.6. Bonus Calculation, Gratuity Calculation.
