Payroll Analyst

As an aspiring candidate for the position at Mphasis in Pune, you will be expected to handle a variety of responsibilities including: - Conducting research on mismatch and discrepancies related to client data. - Managing email queries and escalations efficiently. - Deactivating the accounts of inactive retirees during terminations. - Working on TDS reports and ensuring accuracy. - Generating monthly OT and leave reports. - Validating all vacation and flex days. - Compiling monthly and quarterly vacation metrics. - Demonstrating exceptional communication skills, both written and oral. - Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite or related software. The ideal candidate for this role should hold a minimum graduate degree. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Human Resources would be preferred.
