Payments Product and Portfolio Execution Lead (ONEPAY)

As a seasoned Product Development professional, you will be responsible for driving strategic leadership, execution & delivery, team & stakeholder management, risk management & compliance, and more in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your key responsibilities will include conducting market analysis to identify opportunities, owning the product portfolio roadmap, translating strategic goals into actionable requirements, managing the product roadmap, and collaborating closely with engineering teams. You will also be expected to lead and mentor multiple teams, manage team performance, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and promote a culture of compliance and ethical conduct. To excel in this role, you should have at least 10 years of relevant experience, with a significant portion in a managerial capacity. Experience in a regulated environment with a focus on privacy and security, as well as familiarity with AI and ML technologies, will be advantageous. Your ability to lead and manage teams through change, apply Design Thinking methodology, and communicate effectively will be crucial. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a Master's degree is preferred. Bonus points will be awarded for experience in building developer-focused tools and platforms, as well as familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.
