• Preparation of Daily Painting Program. • Recording of the Daily Painting Program. • Monitoring and tracking of Daily Man hour reports of all the ongoing projects. • Recording of the Daily Man Hour reports. • Responsible for Quality assurance before & after paints application. • Preparation of BOM (Bill of material) and BOQ (Bill of quantity). • Paint Shop process Documentation. • Implemented & maintained 5S in Paint shop . • Receiving the material as per our LPO and marking the identification label (Job No/Job Name) while material unloading. • Establishing the technical needs of the customer and suggesting appropriate products. • Responsible for Surface preparation example-blasting, water jet washing, scrapping etc. • Follow HSE rules and regulations, implement the same where ever possible. • Comply and follow ISO procedures and policies • Supervise painting and blasting personnel to meet contracted requirements. • Responsible for overseeing all aspects of painting projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. • Manage a team of painters, coordinate with clients, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. • Approves and orders materials used in painting and resurfacing projects. Plans, delivers, and oversees the training of subordinate staff. Schedules orientation and monitors and conducts on-the-job training for new subordinates.
